How do I place an order?Add your desired slippers to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your U.S. shipping address (PO boxes are not supported), select a payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

Can I modify or cancel my order?Orders can be modified or canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Contact our support team immediately with your order number to request changes.

How do I check my order status?Log in to your nvsdides.com account and navigate to "Order History," or use the "Track Order" tool on our homepage with your order number and shipping zip code.

Slipper Size GuidesRefer to our U.S. size chart (in inches and centimeters) on each product page. For half sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

How to care for my slippers?
- Open-toe house slides: Wipe with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not machine wash.
- Cotton slippers: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, then air dry flat. Avoid direct sunlight.

What shipping methods do you offer?We offer standard shipping from Hong Kong to the U.S. for all orders.

What are the delivery timeframes?
- Fulfillment Time: 1–3 business days (time to process, inspect, and package your order in our Hong Kong warehouse)

Transit Time: 10–20 business days (from shipment to U.S. delivery)
Note: Transit times do not include U.S. customs clearance (1–3 business days, typically seamless) or unforeseen delays (e.g., peak holiday seasons, weather disruptions).

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the U.S. You will not be charged any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery—these costs are included in your order total at checkout.
Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?We accept returns for unused, unworn slippers (with original packaging and tags) within 30 days of delivery to the U.S. Customized items (if applicable) are non-returnable.

How do I initiate a return?Contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will be provided with a U.S. return address (we cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items; customer covers return shipping for change of mind).

When will I receive my refund?Once your returned slippers are inspected and approved (typically 5–7 business days after receipt), refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
