Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the nvsdides.com website (the “Site”) or purchasing any open-toe house slides or cotton slippers (the “Products”) from us. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase our Products.

1. General Terms


nvsdides.com is a brand operated by Wu Xuan, a business registered in Hong Kong with address 662 Tung Ka Chau Road, Southern District, Hong Kong. We sell and ship our slipper Products exclusively to customers with shipping addresses in the United States.

2. Eligibility


To purchase Products from our Site, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state of residence) and possess a valid credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment method. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Product Descriptions & Availability


We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications (e.g., slipper size, material composition, care instructions) on the Site are accurate and up-to-date. However, minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of some slipper styles.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a Product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer you the option to cancel your order for a full refund or wait for the Product to be restocked (with estimated restock timelines provided).

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors on the Site at any time, even after an order has been placed. If an error results in an incorrect price for a Product, we will notify you and offer you the option to pay the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment


When you place an order on the Site, you submit a binding offer to purchase the Products listed in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, incorrect product information, or unavailable inventory.

You authorize us to charge the total order amount (including product prices, shipping costs, and applicable DDP customs/taxes) to your selected payment method. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal). We do not store your full payment card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery


Your order is subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss for the Products pass to you upon delivery to the U.S. shipping address you provided.

6. Returns & Refunds


All returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in that policy.

7. Intellectual Property


All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, product images, descriptions, text, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of nvsdides.com or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The names, trademarks, and service marks of nvsdides.com are registered or unregistered trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, nvsdides.com and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of our Products.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nvsdides.com and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Any damage to property or injury to persons caused by your use or misuse of our slipper Products.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase of Products shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and nvsdides.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11. Changes to These Terms


We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of our Products after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability


If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement


These Terms and our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and nvsdides.com with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of our Products, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
